OccuProposal – Move Your Money part 2??

As the #D12 Port Shutdown appears to be another successful action by the Occupy Movement, it has precedence in the context of historical direct action. As the Invisible Committee writes in “The Coming Insurrection“:

” That is what the American longshoremen understood when they struck in October, 2002 in support of three hundred jobs, blocking the main ports on the West Coast for ten days. The American economy is so dependent on goods coming from Asia that the cost of the blockade was over a billion dollars per day. With ten thousand people, the largest economic power in the world can be brought to its knees. According to certain “experts,” if the action had lasted another month, it would have produced “a recession in the United States and an economic nightmare in Southeast Asia.”

I understand the importance and significance of striking at the source of the problem. But I also understand that the ports that allow all the cheap slave-wage produced Asian goods to be shipped into the USA are just one facet of the globalist system. The Occupy Wall Street has done two things right; it occupied Wall St. (arguably the heart of the phony fiat corrupt gambling addicted capitalist, or more accurately Extractionist, system), and it created an amazingly populist message with “We are the 99%” (it’s so effective that even it’s supposed detractors grasp the brilliance of it all too well). These two things in combination have served to reshape the way Americans and the media are talking about politics, debt, inequality, and austerity. So lets quickly examine the strength of these two facets.

1. Wall St. is full of greedy, corrupt, heartless people…period. If left to their own vices they would literally sell our wives and kids into sex-slavery to try to turn a profit.

2. We, the 99%, in large part dont happen to be nearly that morally debased and in large part find those thoughts counter-productive to society’s overall well-being. (They don’t!)

So in short, how to chop off the Wall St. greed at the knees?

Well there are many suggestions offered up by a noted ex-Wall St insider…

As Max Keiser says, “huge hedge funds around the world are buying lots of silver, you can piggy back on these huge players  there is no way they can cover their liabilities if we all buy one silver coin, and demand physical delivery (sidenote: probably what Gerald Celente should have done with his gold futures in MF Global), thus forcing JP Morgan and the other financial terrorists to have to cover their negative bets, putting them into bankruptcy”

You will note the genius behind this action…it is simple, it can be done by anyone anywhere with $50 to spare, and it would be incredibly effective. In Max Keiser’s interview with Roseanne Barr, she asks Max what #OWS should do, and he suggests putting risk back on the balance sheet. (starting at 6:15).

Listen to Max carefully “the Blood that makes the occupation of the banksters work, their stock and trade, is their stock price…therefore, in order to attack the banksters one FIRST needs to accept that you need to DECAPITALIZE them, not decapitate them, that could come later….drive their stock price down in some way.”

I have been mulling this over since i heard it, but I wasn’t ever sure the Occupy Movement would actually try to take a financial direct action. The Nov. 5 Move Your Money campaign proved otherwise to myself and other doubters. I have come up with a second prong to this attack. As I was looking for historical context to some thoughts I was having, serendipity via google search led me to the Wiki page on Socially Responsible Investing. Lo and behold:

“During the 1950s and 1960s, trade unions deployed multiemployer pension fund monies for targeted investments. The United Mine Workers fund invested in medical facilities, for example, and the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) financed union-built housing projects.[7] Labor unions also sought to leverage pension stocks for shareholder activism on proxy fights and shareholder resolutions.”

“Community investment: By investing directly in an institution, rather than purchasing stock, an investor is able to create a greater social impact: Money spent purchasing stock accrues to the stock’s previous owner and may not generate social good, while money invested in a community institution is put to work. For example, money invested in a Community Development Financial Institution may be used by that institution to alleviate poverty or inequality, spread access to capital to under-served communities, support economic development or green business, or create other social good.”

So here’s nitty gritty….the unions must Move Your Money again! You must make the next logical move in the war between savers and speculators. As you have worked hard for years serving the community, and producing actual goods with actual labor, you have paid into your pension programs with actual blood, sweat, and tears. Now morally corrupt, financially inept banksters and speculators have been taking that legitimate capital and co-mingling it with the fraudulent secret dealings of the Fed, massive credit default swaps, and derivatives produced out of thin air for a while now. The impending result will be disastrous to say the least as the global banking system is teetering on complete systemic collapse due to massive deregulation, and those hard-earned pensions are about to vanish en masse. If I were the unions and any occupiers with 401k or pension plans, I would MOVE YOUR MONEY out of the Wall St. gambling casino’s and start up new capital centers that are focused on micro-lending or community investment instead of literally feeding the beast that is eating you alive. Sadly, this fairly brilliant idea, and a truly logical outgrowth of what’s already been successful, has already been lost on certain members within the ever-more secretive Occupy Wall Street group. Hopefully by taking this idea public it will gain more traction than proposing in secret to what i thought might have been a receptive ear withing the OWS inner circle.

In short…if the Occupy Movement, union America, and really anyone who wants to return production and prosperity back to America wants to take actual financial actions to systematically attack the corrupt greed-driven Wall St. banksters….there is no shortage of options out there and i have humbly offered a couple if anyone wants to actually listen and get over the lefty “ego” divisionism that Roseanne Barr so aptly touches on in that interview above. To use two mottos that were incredibly popular when I and hundreds of thousands Occupied the WI State House; The People United Will Never Be Defeated….that means we need to be united in capital actions as well, and Show me What Democracy Looks Like, This is What Demcocracy Looks Like……buying silver en masse to hedge against banks or moving your money en masse out of fraudulent ponzi schemes and reinvesting it production and our communities is what is known as democratizing capital.

From Russia (Wisconsin) with Love

It seems things are starting up in Russia and depending on which side of the Globalist Propaganda network you are on….you might think it’s either an Arab Spring styled grassroots revolution in response to widespread election fraud or a Western backed bankster fueled coup d’etat… or anything in between.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton speaking on injustices of the recent Russian election, claimed that they were “…totally contrary to what should be the protected rights of people to observe elections and participate…”

…and yet just earlier this year when Wisconsin had similar problems …

…not a peep out of Hillary or the Obama administration.

Now this is just the most recent in a number of examples of election fraud in the States; both the 2000 and 2004 Presidential elections seem wrought with fraud as this testimony under oath  or even more recent evidenceindicates. The hypocrisy is unbearable as any and all of this is just too much for our own government to have to admit, while they love pointing it out when the shoe is on the other foot. This is not to say that numerous social media accounts and videos of fraud aren’t legitimate, but i would venture to say Russian officials would say to get your own house in order before playing pot by calling the kettle black. To add to the she said he said, Putin is now claiming foreign interference with their election process.

As for the propagandistic picture that is being painted in the Western world, it is no surprise that globalist “news” outlets such as FOX (believe me Russians, we in Wisconsin know all about FOX so-called-News and palm trees) are already pushing the envelope of what could be called reality in the fight to shape US public opinion (Russian-NATO-US tensions are quickly on the rise), while British outlets like BBC laid the groundwork before the election had even started.

On the other end of the spectrum is, maybe not surprisingly, Russia Today, whose reporting has painted Putin, the protests, and the police reactions in less extreme ways.

Earlier this year, Sec. of State Clinton was forced to admit that America is losing the info war and as Occupy Wall Street protests have forced our own authoritarian hand…videos like the one below clearly serve to expose our own hypocrisy and lack of freedom… and until we look in the mirror I don’t think we should be looking  at and critiquing anything overseas.

S 1867: Kiss your Protesting (Terrorist) Ass Goodbye

The Bill and the pdf.

The Senate codified into law the power of the U.S. military to indefinitely detain an American citizen with no charge, no trial and no oversight whatsoever with the passage of S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act. One amendment that would have specifically blocked the measures from being used against U.S. citizens was voted down (by both the Republican Ron Johnson and Democrat Herb Kohl 1%-er Senators from my homestate of WI) and the final bill was passed 93-7.

“The bill puts military detention authority on steroids and makes it permanent, American citizens and others are at greater risk of being locked away by the military without charge or trial,” said Christopher Anders, senior legislative counsel of the American Civil Liberties Union.

While the White House has threatened to veto a bill that has been called “political suicide;” treatment, internment, and case developments of whistleblower hero Bradley Manning, the recent murder of American citizens Anwar al-Awlaki and his teenage son, and  the fact that Obama administration lawyers reaffirmed backing for such state sponsored assassination fo U.S. citizens would suggest otherwise.

Many have noted the bill completely violates the sixth amendment in that it allows American citizens to be locked up indefinitely, including in a foreign detention center, without any burden of proof whatsoever. An American merely has to be declared a terrorist, as many green environmental activists arbitrarily are, and they can be abducted off the streets never to be seen or heard from again!

In short….if you disagree with the corruption of our multi-millionaire insider trading scumbag Senators who decided to piss all over the U.S. Constitution so that they could recruit our military as a personal police force to protect them and their 1%-er sex-addict rapist financial-terrorist friends, and you decide to tell a friend, then your ass will be disappeared….just like mine for writing this!

Frank Luntz lays out #OWS messaging talking points!

As Frank Luntz addressed the Republican Governors Association, advising them on how to talk about Occupy Wall Street, little did he know that his talking points also provide the Occupy movement with a playbook of their own.

the logical responses:

1 Say Capitalism over & over

2 Say “the rich steal from government”

3 GOP caters to the rich and privileged “lazy class”

4 Talk about “Where the jobs?” and more importantly…”wheres the contracts and benefits?”

5 Dont call it a bank bailout, call it burning taxpayer money

6. Dont ever say you’re willing to ‘compromise’ (we will keep this one)

7  They “Dont get it” and wont…ever!

8 Real job creator’s, America’s small business owners are stifled by unfairtrade and global corporatization

9 We dont want the rich to sacrifice (tax the rich), we want the crooks and thieves in prison

10 ALWAYS blame Wall St….they make and receive the fiat money that funds DC Inside Traders…I mean Congress

thanks Frank Luntz….you couldnt have made our messaging any easier #OWS #OO #ReversePsychology

Oh yea ……Bonus: (one i do with great success daily) pound the multimillion dollar bonuses that these bankster crooks give to each other

Obama gets a #MicCheck

President Obama started giving a speech to supporters in Manchester, NH, when…

I know the audio is a little hard to hear….fortunately one of the Occupiers slipped Obama the note when he was finished speaking —

Mr President over 4000 peaceful protestors

have been arrested,

While banksters continue

to destroy the economy with impunity

You must stop the assault

on our 1st Amendment rights

Your silence sends a message

that police brutality is acceptable

Banks got bailed out

We got sold out

Recall Destruction Felony?

Recall season is definitely in full swing in Wisconsin with well over 100k signatures gathered to recall governor Scott Walker.  Not sure what to think of this but the threats and claims of felony recall destruction continue on facebook. I am not for censorship, I am for transparency…. so me personally, I clipped and posted this screen shot taken around 10:45 am on 11/21/2011.

the rest of you might feel like reporting whoever is the admin for this facebook page.

Update: these screen shots were taken 10:45 on 11/22/2011….at this point I would say its fair game to at least “Report this Page” for any of a number of Facebook’s policies.
